The Role: Engineering Supervisor

Almarai is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves planning, organizing, and managing a self-directing multi-skilled team to deliver engineering and maintenance services. The supervisor ensures that all process engineering operations meet management performance requirements and adhere to defined safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage a multi-skilled team for engineering and maintenance services.
Ensure all process engineering operations meet internal customer requirements.
Verify that all operations and services align with management performance standards.
Confirm that all operational activities comply with defined safety and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation.
4 years of experience in a similar role within a large process industry.
Strong knowledge of the operation and maintenance of advanced/automated meat processing equipment.
Proficient in the operation and maintenance of utility equipment, including systems for Steam, Refrigeration, Air, Water, Electrical Distribution, Gear motors, and Vacuum Pumps.
