The Opportunity: Engineering Supervisor

Almarai is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading a multi-skilled team to deliver essential engineering and maintenance services. The supervisor will ensure that all operations meet internal customer requirements, adhere to management performance standards, and comply with defined safety and quality protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage a self-directing multi-skilled team.
• Provide engineering and maintenance services to meet internal customer requirements.
• Ensure all process engineering operations and services meet management performance requirements.
• Verify that all operational activities comply with defined safety and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
