The Opportunity: Engineering Supervisor

Almarai is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading a multi-skilled team to deliver essential engineering and maintenance services. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and focuses on ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to safety and quality standards within process engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage a self-directing multi-skilled team.
• Provide engineering and maintenance services to meet internal customer requirements.
• Ensure all process engineering operations and services meet management performance requirements.
• Verify that all operational activities comply with defined safety and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in an engineering or maintenance supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a technical team.
• Strong understanding of process engineering operations and maintenance best practices.
