The Role: Engineering Supervisor

Almarai is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading and managing a multi-skilled team to deliver essential engineering and maintenance services. The supervisor ensures that all process engineering operations meet internal customer requirements and management performance standards, while also upholding defined safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage a self-directing multi-skilled team.
• Provide engineering and maintenance services that meet internal customer requirements.
• Ensure all process engineering operations and services meet management performance requirements.
• Verify that all operations activities adhere to defined safety and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in an engineering or maintenance role.
