We are seeking a Personnel Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is crucial for managing human resources objectives in alignment with local regulations and Group Personnel Policies, while also supporting the administrative functions of the Division.

Role Purpose

The Personnel Manager is responsible for overseeing and achieving human resources objectives within the Division. This involves ensuring compliance with relevant local regulations and adhering to Almarai's Group Personnel Policies and Procedures. The role also provides essential support to the personnel and administrative functions, contributing to the efficient operation of the Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and achieve HR objectives in accordance with established guidelines.
• Ensure all personnel activities comply with relevant local regulations.
• Adhere to Group Personnel Policies and Procedures in all HR operations.
• Provide support to the personnel functions of the Division.
• Offer administrative support to ensure smooth divisional operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in personnel or human resources management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage HR objectives and ensure compliance with regulations.
