About Almarai and the Opportunity
Almarai, a leading company in the region, is seeking a Personnel Officer (Corporate) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to the HR Administration function. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing and maintenance of personnel-related documentation.
Role Overview
The Personnel Officer will be responsible for a diverse range of administrative tasks supporting Almarai’s HR Admin Function. This involves the meticulous processing and maintenance of personnel documents, with a particular focus on new hire requests. The role requires strict adherence to established company policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of personnel and administrative tasks related to HR documentation.
- Process and maintain personnel-related documents accurately and efficiently.
- Support the HR Admin Function in managing new hire requests.
- Ensure all processing activities comply with Almarai’s established policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks within a high-volume environment.
Experience and Qualifications
- A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience in personnel or administrative tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workload assignments effectively to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in reading, interpreting, applying, and explaining rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Essential Skills and Attributes
- Strong analytical skills to gather, analyze, and act upon relevant information in a timely manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to respond to questions or complaints from employees.
- Ability to research and resolve personnel-related discrepancies effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with a culturally and ethnically diverse community. Fluency in English is essential.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in various word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
- Particular strength in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors system is preferred.
