Role Overview

The Sales Administrative Officer will be responsible for supporting the sales and distribution of all Almarai product ranges. This includes conducting effective sales sessions, providing performance reviews, and ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all sales-related administrative tasks. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct effective sales sessions and provide performance reviews and coaching based on exceptions.
• Perform all administrative and office functions related to route sales accurately and on time.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on route and customer sales performance within the assigned territory.
• Lead regular performance review meetings and provide constructive feedback to the sales team.
• Ensure all customer orders collected by field sales teams are submitted daily to Sales Logistics for timely processing.
