Role Overview

The Sales Administrative Officer is responsible for supporting the company's growth objectives by ensuring efficient sales and distribution of all Almarai products. This role requires adherence to company standards and sales ethics, contributing to the overall performance of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct effective sales sessions and provide performance reviews and coaching based on exceptions.
• Perform all administrative and office functions related to route sales accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on route and customer sales performance within the assigned territory.
• Lead regular performance review meetings and offer constructive feedback to the sales team.
• Ensure that all customer orders collected by field sales teams are submitted daily to Sales Logistics for timely processing.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• Candidates should have 0-1 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills

• Fluency in English is essential for this role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic Microsoft Office applications is required.
