The Opportunity: Sales Supervisor II

Almarai is seeking a Sales Supervisor II to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is integral to achieving the company’s growth objectives by optimizing sales and distribution of Almarai Bakery products within a designated area. The position requires adherence to operational policies and procedures, maintaining high sales and merchandising standards, and leading a team of salesmen.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize sales and distribution of Almarai Bakery products within the assigned area.
• Ensure strict adherence to company operational policies and procedures.
• Maintain high sales and merchandising standards.
• Provide strong leadership to a team of salesmen.

Qualifications and Requirements

• College Diploma.
• 2-5 years of sales experience in a supervisory role within a van sales environment, preferably in the FMCG business.
• Knowledge of sales operations in an FMCG environment.
• Valid driving license.
• Proficiency in reporting, communication, and MS Office applications.
• Basic written and spoken English.
• Numerate and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Punctual and disciplined work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh and is a full-time position. The successful candidate will join a dynamic multinational team focused on furthering the group's growth plans.
