About the Role

Almarai is seeking an experienced and certified SAP Functional Analyst (Corporate) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires a subject matter expert responsible for the end-to-end configuration, maintenance, optimization, and governance of the strategic planning ecosystem, including SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). The position demands deep functional knowledge, strong technical integration skills, and the ability to drive business process improvements.

SAP IBP and Planning System Leadership

The successful candidate will provide leadership in managing SAP IBP and other planning systems. This includes offering expert support for complex system issues and overseeing testing cycles for new releases and system patches. The role also involves training junior team members and end-users on advanced system functionality and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of new planning processes, such as Demand Planning and Response Planning, within the SAP IBP modules (Demand, S&OP, Inventory, Supply).
• Configure complex IBP elements, including advanced planning operators (Heuristics, Optimizers), planning level calculations, key figure derivations, and custom attributes.
• Oversee and manage the end-to-end data integration landscape using CPI-DS or Real-Time Integration (RTI) to ensure data quality, consistency, and adherence to performance SLAs.
• Proactively monitor and tune system performance, addressing issues related to planning runtimes, data loads, and Excel Add-In stability.
• Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 expert support for complex system issues.
• Train junior team members and end-users on advanced system functionality and best practices.
• Manage testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) for all new releases and system patches.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in SAP planning solutions.
• Proven experience as a certified SAP IBP Functional Analyst.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP IBP modules (Demand, S&OP, Inventory, Supply).
• Demonstrated technical integration skills.
• Ability to drive business process improvements.
