We are seeking a Senior Planning Officer (Sales) to join our team in Riyadh for a full-time position.

Purpose of the Role

The Senior Planning Officer (Sales) plays a crucial role in maintaining optimal inventory levels across all sales depots. This position ensures that stock reflects the established inventory policy for every active SKU, involving continuous monitoring, analysis of sales trends, and strategic planning to prevent stock aging and ensure product availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor stock fluctuations to identify areas requiring replenishment or order adjustments.
• Analyze sales trends to develop effective stock replenishment plans.
• Identify aging stocks to mitigate expiry risks within depots.
• Submit consolidated planned orders for stock replenishment to CPP for confirmation.
• Offload CPP-approved replenishment stocks into the SAP system.
• Monitor CPP-confirmed orders with sales depots to ensure timely execution.
• Generate comprehensive service level reports.
• Produce weekly reefer turnaround delay reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply planning.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a high volume of Stock Keeping Units (SKUs).
• Proficiency in computer systems, including SAP and ERP.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of business operations and sales trends.
• High analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information.
• Proven ability to work effectively as a team player.
