Role Overview

Almarai is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager (Poultry) to join its Protein Business Unit in Riyadh. This full-time position involves leading the strategic direction and growth of the Poultry category. The role focuses on developing long-term brand strategy, enhancing market positioning, and driving category performance within a competitive segment of the food industry.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the development of a structured Strategic Brand Framework to guide future brand decisions.
Oversee the creation of 5-year strategic plans and annual operating plans.
Utilize consumer-driven insights to support innovation, communication, and commercial execution initiatives.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure business alignment and end-to-end delivery.
Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, focusing on capability growth, performance management, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

Over 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the Poultry or Protein industry.
Demonstrated commercial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards business outcomes.
Experience in shaping category growth and building brands within a major regional portfolio.
