Cashier

Cashier – ENTER10 Entertainment Center

We are looking for a Cashier to join the ENTER10 Entertainment team, with good customer service skills, accuracy in financial transactions, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic entertainment environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Receive and welcome customers professionally.
• Process sales and receive cash and electronic payments.
• Issue invoices and ensure the accuracy of recorded amounts.
• Correctly record the center's services and games on the system.
• Clarify prices, offers, and available services to customers.
• Maintain the cash float and reconcile the till at the end of the shift.
• Report any financial discrepancies or observations directly to the supervisor.
• Handle customer inquiries and assist in providing them with an excellent experience.
• Maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of the cashier area.
• Adhere to the center's policies and procedures and the branch supervisor's instructions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure speed and quality of service.

Requirements

• Politeness, good appearance, and good customer interaction.
• Accuracy, honesty, and responsibility.
• Ability to use Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
• Previous experience in cashiering or customer service is preferred.
