Department: Sales / Customer Service
Direct Manager: Branch Supervisor / Branch Manager
Tasks and Responsibilities:

Welcoming customers politely and greeting them with a smile.

Accurately recording orders through the Point of Sale (POS) system.

Issuing invoices and collecting cash or card payments.

Ensuring cash amounts match the reports at the end of the shift.

Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Maintaining cleanliness and order in the cashier area.

Cooperating with the team to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Applying the restaurant's policies and procedures accurately.

Preparing daily reports regarding revenues and submitting them to management.
Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma as a minimum.

Previous experience in cashier or customer service (preferably in restaurants).

Proficiency in using Point of Sale systems.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and during peak times.
