About the Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia is seeking a Channel Team Lead for Hub Delivery in Riyadh. This full-time leadership position involves overseeing and guiding a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs) responsible for onboarding and managing local retail partners within Amazon's Hub Delivery program. The role combines field execution with strategic oversight to ensure ADEs meet activation and performance targets while upholding Amazon's delivery standards.

Role Purpose and Context

The Channel Team Lead will function as a coach, problem-solver, and results driver, enabling their team to succeed in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment. This position is critical for maintaining high delivery quality and expanding the network of retail partners in the Hub Delivery program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs), ensuring consistent execution of Amazon's Hub Delivery model.
• Provide hands-on coaching in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management for team members.
• Foster a culture of accountability, commitment, and field excellence within the team.
• Monitor team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across operations, activation, and delivery quality.
• Identify systemic issues within assigned territories and implement corrective action plans.
• Partner with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve systemic issues impacting delivery quality.
• Provide consolidated field insights to improve program design, partner experience, and scalability.
