About the Role

Maaden is seeking a Chief Specialist Business Integration Partner BM&NM to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role serves as the primary business partner for our Gold & Base Metal operations, focusing on ensuring that all technical and operational domains deliver tangible value across current and future operations. The objective is to position Maaden as a leading technology-enabled miner globally.

Role Purpose and Strategic Alignment

The Chief Specialist Business Integration Partner is responsible for tailoring domain solutions to the specific operational, geological, and economic contexts of the Gold & Base Metal business. This involves close collaboration with Domain Integrators and Chief Specialists. A key aspect of the role is to ensure alignment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), value outcomes, and initiatives that impact the Gold & Base Metal business, while also creating alignment with Business Unit senior leadership and capital projects teams to ensure TechOps Domains influence and deliver value effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive the delivery of Gold / Base Metal business alignment initiatives.
• Represent and collate Gold / Base Metal business priorities, KPIs, and value objectives within domain-level initiatives.
• Ensure domain solutions accurately reflect Gold operational realities, risk profiles, and performance drivers.
• Act as the central coordination point between Gold leadership and domain teams.
• Work with Domain Integrators to translate domain objectives into Gold-specific initiatives and use cases.
• Collaborate with Chief Specialists to shape solutions addressing Gold & Base Metal business needs, in alignment with the Full Potential team.
• Support Technical Initiative Leads by providing Gold-specific business context and success criteria to determine value creation from identified opportunities.
• Govern value, KPIs, and initiative coherence, ensuring alignment with BMNM Domain Mission and annual objectives.
• Support prioritization and sequencing of initiatives to maximize Gold & Base Metal value realization.
• Track and support the realization of benefits across Gold & Base Metal initiatives.
• Support the development of technology enablement requirements from various platforms within the tech stack.
• Ensure alignment of processes, operating models, and performance management to enhance Operational Excellence contribution to the TechOps enablement program.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Gold / Base Metal leadership on domain-driven initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in Gold/Base Metal operations or business roles.
• Strong understanding of mining operating models and economic drivers.
• Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional or technology-enabled initiatives.
• Proven ability to operate effectively across various business units and specialist teams.

Work Environment and Collaboration

This role operates within a dynamic and collaborative environment, requiring extensive interaction with diverse stakeholders including Gold & Base Metal leadership, Domain Integrators, Chief Specialists, and capital projects teams. The position is based full-time in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is central to integrating technological advancements with operational realities to drive business value.
