Role Summary

The Lead Specialist Integration Operations will be responsible for supporting integration platforms and services. This full-time position involves managing operational issues, ensuring service availability, and coordinating with both integration and application teams to maintain stable and secure operations across our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Reassess business needs for the integration team and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Operate and provide support for Apigee, Red Hat 3scale, IBM DataPower, and Linux environments.
• Support and monitor API services and interfaces to ensure optimal functionality.
• Analyze integration and connectivity-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to facilitate the resolution of incidents.
• Support network and service launches, ensuring smooth and successful deployments.
• Monitor the performance of integration platforms and proactively address any technical challenges.
• Ensure continuous service availability and stability across all integrated systems.
• Document operational procedures and knowledge to maintain comprehensive records.
• Provide support for various projects and initiatives within the integration domain.
• Analyze integration risks and implement strategies to ensure business continuity.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree is a fundamental requirement for this role.
• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in integration operations or a closely related technical field.
