Career Maker Bahrain is seeking a Civil Engineer for a full-time position based in Riyadh. This role is dedicated to supervising civil and structural works within either the water utilities or industrial sectors, supporting the delivery of essential infrastructure projects.

Role Overview

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the construction and installation of various civil and structural components. This includes chambers, foundations, buildings, underground services, pipeline routes, and all associated construction activities for utility and industrial infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Review civil and structural drawings, method statements, and material submissions to ensure adherence to project standards.
• Supervise on-site activities, including excavation, concrete works, foundation construction, chamber installations, and underground service installations.
• Inspect contractor works to verify compliance with approved specifications and quality requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with other engineering disciplines to resolve site and interface issues.
• Prepare comprehensive daily reports, inspection records, snag lists, and handover documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as a Civil Engineer, with a background in water utilities or the industrial sector.
• Relevant engineering registration, project supervision certification, or recognised health and safety training is required or strongly preferred.
