Parsons Corporation is seeking a Civil Engineer to join its site-based construction supervision team. This full-time position is located in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is part of the prestigious Green Riyadh Project.

Role Overview

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for the inspection of irrigation installation works, monitoring quality and compliance, and supporting construction activities. The role ensures that all irrigation systems are executed in accordance with project specifications, approved drawings, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects, including planning, design, and construction phases.
• Develop project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and other engineers.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
• Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and documentation to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in construction supervision, particularly with irrigation systems.
• Ability to interpret project specifications and approved drawings.
• Knowledge of industry standards and quality control procedures.

Work Environment

This role is based on-site as part of a construction supervision team for the Green Riyadh Project. The position requires active participation in site inspections and collaboration with various project stakeholders.
