About the Opportunity

CG Resourcing Ltd, a leading international contractor, is seeking an experienced Civil Site Manager Nightshift to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to a major building construction project currently underway.

Role Context

The Civil Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction activities on site during the night shift. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure project progress, coordination, and adherence to established standards on a significant building construction project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily construction activities on site.
• Attend and contribute to coordination meetings.
• Participate in internal team meetings, including recording minutes and reporting outcomes.
• Prepare detailed planning schedules for upcoming weeks.
• Develop construction practices and methodologies in coordination with subcontractors.
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and maintain accurate project records.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a similar relevant field.
• Proven experience of 5-10 years as a Civil Site Manager, specifically on major building construction projects within the Middle East.

Work Schedule and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be willing to work night shifts as a core requirement of the role.
