The Role of Classroom Supervisor

This is a frontline position within Noon Academy, offering direct ownership over the student experience in the classroom. As a Classroom Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the classroom, managing student behavior, and cultivating an environment that promotes focus, engagement, and strong academic performance. This role is available for both full-time and part-time candidates in Riyadh. Interaction with students will be conducted entirely in English throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a classroom of students effectively.
• Maintain discipline while fostering positive student relationships.
• Promote student focus, active participation, and consistent effort.
• Address classroom challenges in real-time with sound judgment.
• Support student progress through structured guidance and accountability.
• Communicate clearly with students, parents, and staff members.
• Cultivate a high-energy, structured, and motivating learning environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience working directly with students, such as in teaching, tutoring, youth activities, or coaching roles.
• Native or near-native English fluency is essential.
• Strong presence, characterized by clear communication, confidence, and the ability to manage a group effectively.
• Capacity to balance firmness with empathy in student interactions.
• High sense of ownership and comfort with being active and engaged in the classroom environment.

Work Location and Type

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is offered on a full-time basis, with consideration also given to part-time candidates.
