Trafalgar Luxury Group is seeking a dedicated Client Advisor Luxury Watches Jewelry and Fashion to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to our retail operations, focusing on delivering exceptional service within a luxury environment. The role requires candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience in a client-facing capacity.
Role Overview and Objectives
As a Client Advisor, you will be an integral part of our retail team, primarily responsible for providing outstanding customer service and contributing to the store's overall success. Your main objective will be to assist customers, drive sales, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all patrons, upholding the high standards of Trafalgar Luxury Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer product information and guidance to customers in the stores.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to effectively recommend products or services that meet their requirements.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered, including features, benefits, and usage.
- Build customer database and follow-up with VIP customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, seeking assistance from management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Stay updated on current promotions, sales campaigns, and product launches to effectively communicate this information to customers.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Manage after-sales service.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing retail role, preferably within luxury goods.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
Work Environment and Schedule
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
