About the Client Partner Role
Snap Inc. is seeking a Client Partner to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves building and managing partnerships with brands and agencies to enhance their digital presence on Snap's platforms. The role requires strong presentation and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a comprehensive understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities within the assigned client portfolio.
- Ensure clients receive a high standard of sales and operational customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement best practices for client engagement, sales processes, and service delivery.
- Create persuasive sales presentations incorporating market trends and case studies.
- Educate clients on Snapchat products and recommended best practices.
- Develop, own, and execute strategic account plans to foster and elevate client relationships.
- Analyze campaign performance data and propose enhancements for optimization.
- Communicate and adapt client strategies to align with success metrics on Snap, balancing client objectives with platform guidelines.
- Maintain strong client relationship health, identify areas lacking advocacy, and seek internal support to elevate Snapchat's position with clients.
- Lead client meetings, present dynamically, and confidently guide discussions to ensure mutually beneficial long-term business outcomes.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
- Experience working within the Saudi market.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Skills and Abilities
- Extensive knowledge of social media, mobile applications, and digital/mobile marketing.
- Proven ability to perform effectively in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Capacity to engage and partner with C-level executives.
- Ability to gain the support of key stakeholders.
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Experience conducting Weekly Office Hours, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), arranging or leading executive-level meetings, and comfort with senior-level engagement sessions.

- A proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
