About the Business Solutions Partner - Manager Role

Ethra For Human Resources Consulting is seeking a Business Solutions Partner - Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding business opportunities across the company's service portfolio.

Role Overview and Objectives

The Business Solutions Partner - Manager is responsible for the complete lifecycle of customer relationships within assigned accounts. This includes developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, executing strategic deal plans, and fostering sustainable business growth. The role emphasizes identifying new business avenues, managing key accounts, ensuring accurate forecasting, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions that provide long-term customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end customer relationships for assigned and targeted accounts.
  • Develop and execute account plans, including stakeholder mapping, whitespace analysis, and quarterly growth strategies.
  • Drive business expansion across the company's service and solution offerings, ensuring balanced revenue contribution.
  • Serve as the primary commercial owner for accounts, building strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with senior and executive stakeholders, particularly in enterprise and government sectors.
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline with clear progression and opportunity flow.
  • Lead deal strategy, commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and close-plan execution for timely deal closure.
  • Acquire new business and identify account expansion opportunities within the target market.
  • Engage clients through regular business meetings and maintain market activity to generate opportunities.
  • Proactively escalate risks and lead structured deal reviews for complex or high-value opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility for predictable revenue performance.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy by updating opportunity details, stages, timelines, next steps, ownership, and client engagement records.
  • Adhere to pricing, discounting, and approval governance frameworks throughout the sales cycle.
  • Ensure deal readiness prior to closing, including scope alignment, pricing approval, and internal sign-offs.
  • Act as the internal advocate for the customer, aligning proposed solutions with business needs and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Pre-Sales, Delivery, Pricing, Legal, and Product to deliver integrated solutions and support deal closure.
  • Present technology-led solutions in a consultative manner to address client needs and business challenges.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or solution selling within AI, SaaS, IT services, or consulting environments.
  • A significant portion of experience should be within the technology domain.
  • Good understanding of AI, data, agentic AI, digital transformation, or related technology-driven solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Strong experience in portfolio selling, cross-selling, and solution bundling.
  • Ability to generate business from the outset and establish immediate market access.
  • Existing accounts and strong relationships with government entities in Saudi Arabia are highly preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise and government clients is preferred; exposure to banking, fintech, and legal sectors is also relevant.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • A consultative approach with clients, rather than a traditional sales approach.
  • Arabic language proficiency is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong presentation skills for client-facing engagements.
  • Ability to maintain regular client meetings and business activity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
