The Opportunity: Cloud Security Transformation Associate Manager

Accenture is seeking a Cloud Security Transformation Associate Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is focused on guiding organizations through their cloud security journey, ensuring robust security postures across various cloud environments. The position requires 0-1 years of experience, making it suitable for professionals developing foundational expertise in cloud security transformation.

Key Responsibilities

The Cloud Security Transformation Associate Manager will undertake the following responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain the organization’s cloud security strategy, roadmap, and target state architecture.
  • Design security reference architectures for AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid environments.
  • Establish cloud security standards, policies, and guardrails aligned with business risk appetite.
  • Lead threat modeling, risk assessments, and security design reviews for cloud initiatives.
  • Translate regulatory and compliance requirements (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, PCI, etc.) into practical cloud controls.
  • Partner with cloud engineering, DevOps, and platform teams to embed security into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Drive Zero Trust, identity-first security, and least-privilege access models in the cloud.
  • Define security requirements for cloud-native services, containers, Kubernetes, and serverless.
  • Evaluate and select cloud security tools (CSPM, CNAPP, CIEM, CWPP, SIEM integrations).
  • Provide executive-level guidance on cloud risk, security posture, and investment priorities.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex cloud security design and risk decisions.

Qualifications

Candidates for this role are required to have 0-1 years of experience in cloud security or a closely related field. This experience should demonstrate a foundational understanding of cloud security principles and practices.
