About the Co-Branded Cards Product Management Specialist Role

PayTech Group is seeking a Co-Branded Cards Product Management Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires over 10 years of experience and focuses on driving the strategic development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of our card portfolio, with a specific emphasis on co-branded products. The role is designed to deliver sustainable revenue growth, enhance customer engagement, and ensure portfolio profitability while maintaining full regulatory compliance.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

This role involves end-to-end ownership of product strategy and execution, from defining customer value propositions (CVPs) and launching products to optimizing their performance. A key aspect of this position is managing co-brand partnerships, ensuring contractual obligations are met, and maximizing sponsorship value through integrated product and marketing strategies. The specialist will serve as a central coordinator, facilitating seamless execution and measurable business outcomes across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of relationships with sponsorship partners and ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations, including branding exposure and milestone delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams (marketing, product, analytics) and external vendors, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Lead the design and rollout of innovative card products, defining CVPs and pricing strategies in alignment with market needs and consumer banking strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, including commercialization, sales training, and knowledge transfer.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support clients with relevant solutions.
  • Manage integration with card processing systems and vendors, providing technical support and resolving operational issues.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of regulatory changes and compliance adherence.
  • Identify opportunities to activate sponsorship assets and develop campaign concepts that integrate sponsorship elements to boost card usage and engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance using dashboards and KPIs, coordinating with analytics teams to extract insights and optimize future strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. A strong understanding of card payments, processing systems, and regulatory environments is essential. The role requires 10 to 15 years of proven experience in product development, portfolio management, and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are also required.

Performance Metrics

Success in this role will be measured by key performance indicators including sales and acquisition growth, spend, ENR, and revenue growth from card products. The timely and effective execution of marketing campaigns, customer satisfaction, and superior customer experience, alongside successful product roll-out and commercialization, are also critical metrics.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires close coordination with various internal departments and external partners, emphasizing cross-functional collaboration and effective stakeholder engagement.
