About the Co Branded Cards Product Management Specialist Role
NeoStats is seeking a Co Branded Cards Product Management Specialist for a contract position in Riyadh. This role is responsible for the strategic development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of core and co-branded card products, aiming to drive sustainable revenue growth, enhance customer engagement, and improve portfolio profitability while ensuring regulatory compliance. The specialist will oversee product strategy and execution from concept to optimization, manage co-brand partnerships, and act as a central coordinator for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sponsorship partner relationships and ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations, including branding exposure and milestone delivery.
- Coordinate with legal, marketing, and product teams to align sponsorship terms with business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors, facilitating steering committees and stakeholder meetings.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to support campaign development and execution.
- Lead the design and rollout of innovative card products, defining value propositions and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and revenue generation aligned with consumer banking strategy.
- Support the commercialization of new products by providing pricing recommendations, sales tools, and team training.
- Manage integration with card processing systems, switches, and vendors, and provide technical support for card applications.
- Ensure seamless delivery of regulatory changes and compliance adherence.
- Identify opportunities to leverage sponsorship assets and develop integrated campaign concepts to boost card usage and engagement.
- Prepare business cases, creative briefs, and customer communication plans for campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance using dashboards and KPIs, extract insights, and optimize future campaigns.
- Report progress to stakeholders and adjust strategies based on performance outcomes.
Product Development and Partnership Management
This role involves end-to-end ownership of product strategy and execution. A key focus is on managing co-brand partnerships, ensuring all contractual obligations are met, and maximizing sponsorship value through integrated product and marketing strategies. The specialist will be instrumental in defining customer value propositions (CVPs), developing pricing strategies, and guiding the successful launch and optimization of card products. This includes working closely with internal departments such as marketing, sales, operations, and compliance to ensure product alignment with overall business objectives and consumer banking strategy.
Stakeholder Engagement and Performance Tracking
The Co Branded Cards Product Management Specialist will act as a central coordinator, facilitating seamless execution and delivery of measurable business outcomes. This involves engaging with a wide range of internal teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment through regular meetings and clear communication. Performance tracking is critical, with responsibilities including monitoring campaign effectiveness, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as spend uplift and activation rates, and providing regular reports to stakeholders. Insights derived from performance data will be used to optimize ongoing strategies and future campaign development.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Mandatory: Proven experience in product launches, CVP development, and knowledge of SAMA regulations.
- Mandatory: Experience in Co-brand Partner Relationship Management.
- Mandatory: Demonstrated understanding of profitability and cost optimization within product portfolios.
- Mandatory: Knowledge of Debit, Credit, and Prepaid card profitability and key metrics.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of card payments, processing systems, and regulatory environments.
- 10 to 15 years of proven experience in product development, portfolio management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant experience includes 10-15 years in Cards Product/Portfolio Management and Co-brand Card Product Launches.
- Experience with Process/Policy Revamp is also relevant.
