About the Role
Innovations Global is seeking a Co-Branded Cards Product Management Specialist for a contract position in Riyadh. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of co-branded and core card products within a retail banking environment, focusing on product strategy, lifecycle management, and commercialization while ensuring partner alignment and regulatory compliance.
Product Strategy and Lifecycle Management
The specialist will lead the comprehensive management of card products, including debit, credit, and prepaid portfolios. This involves defining and developing Customer Value Propositions (CVPs) that align with market demands and the overarching business strategy. The role also encompasses driving product lifecycle management, from initial launches and enhancements to eventual rationalization, and developing pricing strategies to meet profitability objectives.
Co-Brand and Partner Engagement
A key aspect of this position is managing relationships with co-brand and sponsorship partners. This includes ensuring the fulfillment of all contractual obligations related to branding, milestones, and deliverables. The specialist will coordinate closely with legal, marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure partner alignment and effective execution, aiming to maximize value from sponsorships through strategic activation and engagement initiatives.
Product Launch and Commercialization
This role will lead the execution of new card product launches, from the conceptual stage through to full rollout. Support for sales enablement will be provided through training, tools, and product knowledge transfer. Developing go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams is essential for ensuring the successful commercialization and adoption of new products.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
The specialist will design and implement campaigns to drive product activation, spend, and engagement. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as acquisition, usage, and revenue growth is critical. Performance data will be analyzed to optimize campaigns for improved outcomes, with collaboration from analytics teams to generate actionable insights.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess 10–15 years of experience in cards product management or retail banking, with strong experience in co-branded card programs and partnerships. A proven track record in product launches and Customer Value Proposition (CVP) development is required, alongside a deep understanding of card portfolio profitability and key performance metrics. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including SAMA guidelines, is essential. Experience in pricing, campaign management, and product commercialization is also necessary. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, coupled with a strong analytical mindset for data-based decision-making, are vital. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is required.
