The Opportunity: Co-Founder / Strategic Partner

Improdata is seeking a Co-Founder / Strategic Partner for Saudi Arabia. This role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on an internship basis, with compensation structured around performance-based commission. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry relationships, market access, and the ability to connect Improdata with relevant opportunities. This position is not a traditional sales role; it primarily leverages the candidate's network and ability to facilitate key introductions. The objective is to align suitable opportunities with Improdata's technology capabilities, particularly for companies requiring custom software, AI solutions, data platforms, automation, or technology resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage professional networks to identify and introduce qualified business opportunities.
• Connect Improdata with CTOs, CIOs, technology leaders, procurement teams, and project decision-makers.
• Identify companies and projects seeking software, AI, data, or technology partners.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key organizations throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Facilitate the conversion of introductions and opportunities into long-term client relationships.
• Represent Improdata within the Saudi technology and business ecosystem.
• Identify new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities for collaborative pursuit.
• Contribute ideas and opportunities, working with the founding team to develop them into businesses or products.

Qualifications and Experience

• A strong professional network and credibility within Saudi Arabia.
• Direct access to technology decision-makers, executives, procurement leaders, or project owners.
• Over 10 years of experience in business development, consulting, technology, staffing, partnerships, enterprise sales, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to open doors and generate commercial opportunities.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in long-term business development.

The Partnership Structure

The selected partner will be supported by Improdata's existing software engineering, AI, data, product development, and technology capabilities. The partnership commences with a performance-based commission structure. As client acquisition and traction are demonstrated, the opportunity is designed to evolve into a long-term equity-based Co-Founder partnership, providing a direct stake in Improdata's growth and success in Saudi Arabia.
