About the Co-op Trainee Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Saudi National Co-op Trainee with a focus on Civil Engineering to join our team in Riyadh. This internship opportunity is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are currently enrolled in an accredited engineering program. You will gain practical experience within a leading professional engineering, construction, and cost management team working on diverse projects.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Co-op Trainee, you will support the Civil Engineering discipline by applying fundamental engineering principles and techniques learned during your Bachelor's degree program. This role involves performing various engineering and Civil work assignments under guidance. You will also gain exposure to project management through rotations on related matters.

• Learn and perform Civil Engineering duties using basic engineering techniques and analyses.
• Undertake engineering and Civil work assignments applying fundamental theories and principles.
• Utilize technical manuals and directives to ensure compliance with codes and company policies.
• Become familiar with various industry standards and codes.
• Rotate through project management tasks on related matters.
• Perform other appropriate responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Currently enrolled in an Engineering curriculum at an accredited college or university.
• Completion of 0+ years of experience in the Civil Engineering discipline.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English is mandatory.

Technical Skills

A working knowledge of CAD software and other PC software packages commonly used in engineering is required for this role.
