The Commercial Engineer Role

We are seeking a Commercial Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to supporting CSI Global's business growth by preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with clients, and developing competitive bids for engineering projects. The position requires a dynamic and results-driven individual with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Review Requests for Quotation (RFQs), tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to develop cost-effective solutions.
• Perform cost estimation, pricing, and commercial analysis.
• Negotiate commercial terms with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Support contract review processes, project handover, and commercial documentation.
• Ensure all proposals comply with company standards and client requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and broader industry developments.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in commercial engineering principles and practices. This role demands an individual capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in proposal development and commercial negotiations.

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a commercial engineering or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.
• Proficiency in cost estimation, pricing strategies, and commercial analysis.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination capabilities with diverse teams.
