Carrefour Saudi Arabia, part of Majid Al Futtaim, is seeking a Commercial Manager - Bakery to join their team in Riyadh. This role is responsible for coordinating with buyers and supporting purchases for MAF Retail, as well as assisting with product selection and examination for various retail platforms.

Role Overview

The Commercial Manager will develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and market share targets within the bakery sector. This position involves leading sales planning, pricing, promotions, and business development initiatives, while also managing key relationships with accounts and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and market share targets.
• Lead sales planning, pricing, promotions, and business development initiatives.
• Manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, retail chains, and food service customers.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and commercial performance reports.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with customers and partners.
• Lead and develop the commercial team to drive high performance and business growth.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in a commercial management role, preferably within the bakery or retail sector.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement commercial strategies.
• Experience in managing key accounts and negotiating commercial agreements.
