About the Role

Takamol Solutions is seeking a Commercial Officer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an internship opportunity designed for fresh graduates, providing practical experience in commercial and administrative functions within a professional environment. The role involves supporting key operational processes and contributing to the efficiency of commercial activities.

Role Overview

The Commercial Officer will play a supportive role in managing supplier registrations, invoice processing, and financial reporting. This position is integral to ensuring smooth commercial operations and maintaining accurate records. The individual will also provide administrative assistance to the Strategic Partnerships & Public Relations team, contributing to project and partnership-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Register the organization as a supplier with relevant government and private-sector entities.
• Issue and diligently follow up on invoices to ensure timely processing.
• Upload invoices accurately through the Etimad Platform.
• Prepare and issue comprehensive collection reports.
• Actively follow up on outstanding collections and unpaid invoices.
• Continuously update project-related reports, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
• Provide essential commercial and administrative support to the Strategic Partnerships & Public Relations team for projects and partnerships.

Qualifications and Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Must be a fresh graduate with 0-1 years of experience.

Program Eligibility Requirements

Candidates for this internship must meet specific eligibility criteria related to national employment programs. Applicants must:

• Not have been previously registered with GOSI for a period of six months or more.
• Not have previously received support from the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
• Be eligible for enrollment in the Tamheer program.
