About the Commi Role

Role Contribution

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and baking of various bread types.
• Ensure strict adherence to established cooking standards and health regulations.

• Operate conventional and combi ovens efficiently and safely.
• Provide support to senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and tasks.
• Monitor ingredient inventory and assist with stock management procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 1-2 years of experience working in a commercial kitchen environment.
• Demonstrated experience in bread-making and bakery processes.
