About the Role

CareerFirst Company is seeking a Compliance & Control Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves designing and implementing robust control programs, assessing their effectiveness, and providing strategic insights to senior management. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in compliance and internal controls.

Role Summary

The Compliance & Control Consultant will be responsible for developing comprehensive control frameworks and evaluating their adherence to regulatory standards and best practices. This position requires a professional who can analyze non-compliance patterns and deliver actionable reports to leadership, ensuring strong internal governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop robust compliance and control frameworks aligned with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Design, update, and optimize operational and field inspection checklists to ensure thorough and standardized evaluations.
• Oversee and execute advanced monitoring, inspection, and review programs to assess operational adherence.
• Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis on identified violations and compliance gaps to prevent recurrence.
• Evaluate the efficiency and adequacy of existing internal controls, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending enhancements.
• Draft and present comprehensive executive and periodic control reports, highlighting risk indicators, key findings, and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in compliance and control.
• Proven ability to design comprehensive control programs and develop assessment checklists.
• Experience in evaluating internal control effectiveness and analyzing non-compliance patterns.
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and strategic reporting.
