About the Role

CareerFirst Company is seeking a Compliance & Control Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for a detail-oriented and motivated individual with 0-1 years of experience. The specialist will be instrumental in ensuring operational adherence to internal policies, regulations, and standards through inspections, documentation, and follow-ups.

Role Overview

The Compliance & Control Specialist will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our operations. This involves conducting regular assessments and ensuring that all activities align with established guidelines and regulatory requirements. The specialist will contribute to a robust control environment by identifying and addressing potential compliance gaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled compliance and inspection visits to evaluate adherence to established standards and regulations.
• Draft comprehensive and accurate visit reports detailing findings, observations, and key insights for management.
• Gather, organize, and secure necessary documentation and evidence to support review and audit findings.
• Carefully examine operational documents, records, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant policies.
• Identify, record, and formally document any gaps, violations, or instances of non-compliance.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to monitor and ensure the timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a compliance or control-related role.
• Solid understanding of compliance frameworks, internal policies, and regulatory standards.
