Construction Manager Fit Out SAR

About the Role

Redfish Solutions is seeking a Construction Manager Fit Out for a full-time, site-based position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires an experienced professional with strong civil construction and large-scale interior fit-out expertise. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day site activities, coordinating and supervising an internal team of site supervisors and engineers, subcontractors, and key suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to Senior Management, the Construction Manager will be responsible for:

• Providing clear direction and leadership to all trades on site.
• Planning, coordinating, monitoring, and managing daily activities, including logistics, material supplies, resource planning, work sequencing, testing and inspections, housekeeping, waste management, and health & safety.
• Acting as the primary site contact for all subcontractors, Client vendors, the Landlord, and/or Client’s representative.
• Ensuring compliance with Mall / Landlord rules and regulations at all times.
• Coordinating with the commercial team to ensure variations, project changes, and contra charges are captured.
• Analysing BOQs and IFC drawings to ensure scope is clearly defined and identifying any scope gaps.
• Ensuring materials used on site comply with specifications and approved submissions.
• Proactively identifying potential clashes between works and trades, resolving conflicts, and providing on-site solutions. Escalating issues to the Project Manager if on-site resolution is not possible.
• Ensuring quality inspections are correctly executed and rectifications are addressed swiftly and effectively.
• Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times, with worker welfare and working conditions properly considered and maintained.
• Attending and, where required, leading site progress meetings with stakeholders, including the Client, Consultants, and Client representatives.
• Providing input to regular Management Reports as required.
• Controlling all testing and commissioning, de-snagging, final close-out, and project handover.

Project Management and Oversight

The Construction Manager will organise manpower and material distribution, hire resources and specialist equipment to meet programme and progress requirements. This includes monitoring project budgets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring health & safety policies are implemented and followed at all times. The role involves direct involvement in planning works and responsibility for meeting project targets and deadlines, while clearly communicating the evolving scope to the entire site team and subcontract trades.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in construction management.
• Demonstrated experience in civil construction and large-scale interior fit-out projects.
• Proven ability to manage day-to-day site activities and supervise internal teams and subcontractors.
