Project Manager Construction (Fit Out & Retail)

About the Role

Qureos is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fit-out, F&B, retail, and commercial construction projects. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, budget control, and timely completion while coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee fit-out and construction projects from concept to handover.
• Manage the construction of restaurants, cafés, retail outlets, and commercial spaces, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions for successful project delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality, safety, and compliance with local regulations.
• Review drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), specifications, and contractor submissions.
• Manage project procurement activities and monitor material delivery schedules.
• Oversee contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
• Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all project phases.

Candidate Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in project management within fit-out, retail, hospitality, and F&B construction.
• Experience from restaurant chains, café brands, retail developers, fit-out contractors, or construction companies delivering multi-site rollout projects is preferred.
• Candidates with experience managing the construction of restaurants, cafés, coffee shops, retail outlets, and commercial interiors will be highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and technical expertise.

Experience Required

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
