Project Manager Construction (Fit Out & Retail)

About the Role

Qureos is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Construction (Fit-Out & Retail) to lead the successful execution of fit-out, F&B, retail, and commercial construction projects in Riyadh. This full-time role requires a professional with a proven track record of managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, budget control, and timely completion.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment. The role involves coordinating with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure all project phases align with specifications and standards. Strong leadership and technical expertise are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee fit-out and construction projects from concept to handover.
• Manage the construction of restaurants, cafés, retail outlets, and commercial spaces, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality, safety, and compliance with local regulations.
• Review drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), specifications, and contractor submissions.
• Manage project procurement activities and monitor material delivery schedules.
• Oversee contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
• Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards throughout all project phases.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in project management within construction, specifically with fit-out, F&B, retail, and commercial projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timeline.
• Proven experience in coordinating with various stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Strong leadership capabilities and technical expertise in construction project management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic environment.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role operates within a fast-paced environment, requiring effective management of multiple projects and continuous coordination with various teams and external partners.
