About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Construction Manager – MEP (Airport Terminal Buildings) to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves managing and coordinating mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life-safety, and building services construction works within airport terminal facilities.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Construction Manager will ensure that all MEP activities are delivered safely, in accordance with approved design documents, quality requirements, project schedule, and live-airport operational constraints. This role is critical for the seamless integration of MEP systems with architectural and operational requirements, supporting phased commissioning and overall airport operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the installation and coordination of all MEP systems within terminal facilities.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, NFPA standards, aviation codes, and local authority requirements.
• Coordinate MEP activities with architectural, structural, and airport systems packages.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and integrated systems validation processes.
• Monitor contractor performance, productivity, and technical compliance.
• Lead technical reviews, inspections, and quality audits.
• Support digital delivery, BIM coordination, and clash resolution processes.
• Coordinate with ORAT (Operational Readiness, Activation, and Transition) and testing and commissioning teams during relevant activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years of MEP construction management experience.
• Proven experience in delivering MEP systems for airport terminals.
• Essential experience in airport construction projects.
• Required Middle East experience.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Strong understanding of integrated building systems, ICT, ELV, and airport operational systems.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Demonstrated potential for growth through satisfactory past performance.
• Experience in Design & Build (D&B) and modular construction environments is preferred.
