Al Omar Holding is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee the execution of multiple construction projects in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This is a full-time, field-based position requiring a highly technical and hands-on professional capable of managing on-site operations, technical quality, and subcontractor performance. The role involves leading engineering teams and ensuring project execution aligns with approved standards and schedules.

About the Position

The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s site engineers and ensuring that all subcontractors complete their work according to approved drawings, specifications, contracts, quality standards, and project schedules. This role focuses on identifying execution issues, coordinating various trades, resolving technical problems, and driving projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing site engineering teams.
• Supervising subcontractors across all disciplines.
• Coordinating civil, architectural, and MEP works.
• Monitoring construction progress and reviewing workmanship quality.
• Resolving site conflicts and controlling sequencing between trades.
• Monitoring material requirements.
• Ensuring proper completion of works before inspection and handover.
• Conducting regular site inspections and leading site coordination meetings.
• Monitoring subcontractor performance and identifying delays and risks.
• Implementing recovery actions when required.
• Providing management with clear progress updates and recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management.
• Demonstrated experience in overseeing multiple construction projects.
• Strong focus on on-site operations and technical quality.
• Proven ability in subcontractor management and engineering team leadership.
• Capability to identify execution issues, coordinate trades, and resolve technical problems.

Work Environment

This is a field-based role that requires consistent presence on construction sites within Riyadh Province. The successful candidate will work closely with site engineers, subcontractors, and various project stakeholders to ensure project success.
