Role Overview

Globe Alliance Company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction activities for assigned projects in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved specifications and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all construction activities across assigned projects.
• Ensure project delivery adheres to safety standards, timelines, budget constraints, approved specifications, and client requirements.
• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure effective execution of Civil, MEP, and related construction activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management.
• Proven ability to manage and oversee complex construction projects.
• Strong understanding of Civil, MEP, and related construction activities.

Work Location

This position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
