Shade Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a strong background in buildings construction projects, specifically within an EPC/contracting company environment.

The Role of Construction Manager

The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing buildings construction projects. This position demands proven expertise in managing such projects, with a focus on ensuring successful delivery. Candidates will be required to provide a list of projects they have managed as part of their application.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years of overall experience in construction.
• At least 5 years of experience specifically as a Construction Manager in buildings projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in buildings construction projects as a Construction Manager is mandatory.
• Previous working experience as a Construction Manager in Saudi Arabia.
• Background in EPC/contracting companies; consultancy experience will not be considered.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
• Immediate availability to commence work.
