The Role of Construction Manager

The Construction Manager is a full-time position within Mnzil's Real Estate & Construction team in Riyadh. This role is responsible for overseeing construction projects from initial planning through to final handover, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, safely, and to Mnzil's established standards. The Construction Manager acts as the single accountable owner for each project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design coordination, execution, closeout, and handover.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Critically review drawings to identify clashes or potential cost drivers at an early stage.
• Prepare scopes of work, specifications, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), and cost estimates.
• Negotiate quotes with contractors and suppliers.
• Set project schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Track site progress daily and proactively address risks.
• Manage variations and claims.
• Report project status, costs, and risks to leadership.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in construction management.
