The Role of Construction Manager

Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading the execution of a landmark high-rise development, ensuring all on-site construction activities are managed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards. The position requires extensive experience in high-rise tower construction and large-scale mixed-use or residential developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations across all disciplines (civil, electrical, mechanical, architectural) on site.
• Manage and coordinate Senior and Junior discipline engineers to ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, schedule, budget, and quality/safety standards.
• Act as the primary interface between the Project Director and the site engineering teams, escalating critical issues and decisions as needed.
• Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and resources across work fronts to meet project schedules.
• Monitor construction progress against the master schedule and implement corrective actions for delays or underperformance.
• Ensure formal site work inspections are conducted at all required construction stages prior to sign-off and progression.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary work sequencing and resolve site-level conflicts between disciplines.
• Oversee direct labor crews and/or subcontractors engaged in construction works, ensuring productivity and workmanship standards are met.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality/safety teams to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
• Report construction progress, risks, and issues to the Project Director on a regular basis.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management.
• Extensive experience in the construction of high-rise towers and large-scale mixed-use or residential developments.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and technical expertise.
• Proven stakeholder management skills.
• Results-driven approach to project delivery.
