eSense is seeking an experienced Consulting Director to lead and expand its consulting practice in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time senior leadership position is designed for an individual who combines strong business acumen with hands-on delivery experience and a commitment to developing high-performing consulting teams.

Role Overview

The Consulting Director will be responsible for driving client engagements from strategy through execution, building lasting relationships with senior stakeholders across our client base. This role requires a leader capable of aligning services with client needs and market opportunities to ensure measurable client impact and contribute to the overall growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and growth of eSense's consulting practice, aligning services with client needs and market opportunities.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex consulting engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and measurable client impact.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level and senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to proposals, pitches, and account growth.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of consultants and engagement managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Oversee project profitability, resourcing, and risk management across a portfolio of engagements.
• Represent eSense's point of view through thought leadership, industry events, and client forums.
• Ensure engagements adhere to governance, compliance, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, professional services, or a related field, with a track record of leading complex client engagements.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role, managing teams and client portfolios with one of the leading consulting firms in KSA.
• Proven experience in business development, including proposal development and client pitching.

Essential Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
