Job Description
About the Role
The Luxury Collection is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position offers an opportunity for individuals with 0-1 year of experience to contribute to the Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage filing systems for Human Resources documentation.
- Prepare and type office correspondence using computer systems.
- Process and distribute incoming mail.
- Order, track, and manage Human Resources office supplies and forms.
- Handle incoming phone calls, record messages accurately, and relay information.
- Create and maintain personnel files for new employees.
- Assist walk-in candidates with the application process.
- Ensure the application area is maintained in a clean, organized, and accessible condition.
- Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding HR programs, policies, and guidelines.
- Report employee relations issues to Human Resources management.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of all employee and property records and information.
- Ensure the accurate upkeep of all employee records and files, including interview documents and I-9 forms.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and professional personal appearance and uniform.
- Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions to management.
- Engage with others using clear and professional communication.
- Prepare and review written documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Support team efforts to achieve common goals.
- Listen to and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
- Enter and retrieve work-related information using computer systems.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or *** equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of related work experience is necessary.
- No supervisory experience is required for this role.
- No specific licenses or certifications are mandated.
Physical Demands
This role involves the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
