alfanar Group is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on ensuring timely and efficient logistics operations for project sites.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate all logistics activities for project sites. This includes ensuring that materials, equipment, and other required items are delivered on schedule and in alignment with site priorities. The Logistics Coordinator will maintain effective communication and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders to support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate site material and equipment requirements based on project schedules and priorities.
• Track materials and equipment from dispatch through to receipt at the project site.
• Follow up on material readiness, dispatch, transportation, and delivery to project sites.
• Communicate delivery status, potential delays, and any changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate urgent or priority logistics requirements as needed.
• Support the alignment between site needs and available logistics resources.
• Ensure deliveries are directed to the correct site and specific location within the site.
• Follow up on incomplete, delayed, damaged, or incorrect deliveries.
• Coordinate replacement, return, or additional delivery requirements when necessary.
• Confirm the receipt of materials with relevant site representatives.
