We are seeking a Coordinator (Saudi) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on a full-time basis.

Purpose of the Role

The Coordinator plays a central role in facilitating effective communication and workflow within SGS operations. This position is critical for ensuring seamless coordination between clients, management, and inspection engineers, contributing to the timely and accurate delivery of services and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate effectively between clients, management, and inspection engineers to ensure smooth communication and project workflow.
  • Manage the preparation, printing, and documentation of inspection reports and certificates issued by engineers.
  • Act as a liaison to address queries and support in resolving work-related coordination tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of project documentation and ensure timely submission to stakeholders.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes for project coordination.
  • Monitor submission timelines and follow up on pending tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support compliance audits by organizing and providing required documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve administrative and coordination issues.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a coordination or administrative support capacity. A proven track record of managing multiple tasks and stakeholders in a professional environment is essential.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
