About the Role

alfanar Group is seeking a Corporate Business Services Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to data-driven decision-making within a dynamic corporate environment.

Role Overview

The Corporate Business Services Specialist is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights that support critical business decisions. This position involves developing comprehensive dashboards, reports, and predictive models, while ensuring the highest standards of data accuracy and integrity. The specialist will collaborate with various cross-functional teams to optimize performance and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather data from multiple sources, including ERP systems, databases, Excel, and APIs.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation and cleansing processes.
  • Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within data sets.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Create automated reporting solutions to address recurring business needs efficiently.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for management.
  • Support strategic planning and performance monitoring initiatives through data-driven insights.
  • Build robust data models and apply advanced analytics techniques, including DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
  • Present insights effectively through clear and interactive visualizations.
  • Collaborate closely with IT, Finance, and Operations teams to align data initiatives with overarching business goals.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve data processes and enhance reporting efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

  • 0-1 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire and update soft and technical skills pertinent to the role.
  • Proven capability to perform planned activities and meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
  • Effective utilization of resources to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time parameters.
  • Ability to provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
  • Proficiency in solving related problems and escalating complex operational issues when necessary.
  • Commitment to ensuring quality requirements, including developing effective quality control and processes, and defining specifications for products, processes, or related activities.
  • Experience in coordinating well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, with a proactive approach to seeking automation opportunities.
  • Strict adherence to relevant company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and the delivery of high-quality products/services.

Technical Skills and Tools

Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and familiarity with data visualization and modeling tools. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, DAX, Power Query, and SQL is highly valued for this role.
